Furrylicious Boots

Another baby shoe pattern this time from Two Girls Patterns on Etsy. The loop stitch is such fun to do - well it is if you're inclined to playing with hooks and yarn. These are baby boots size 0-6mths.

Baby Sandals

I've just made these little cuties :-) the pattern was from etsy PatternMa and was fiddly but easy to follow , the yarn is hayfield bonus acryllic so that they're easy to wash. A new craft shop has opened up near me and i'm hoping to sell them , going to do some ugg boots too - when i've sussed the pattern.

I've not blogged or put anything up because i've made baby things and passed them to their new owners without remembering to take photos first - doh silly old me. I'm in the process of making some toe up socks photo IMG00956-20130429-0007_zps7cd33c1f.jpg

and about to start a new baby blanket from this sirdar pattern for my reborn doll.

I've also won a new doll kit on ebay and will be endeavouring to make her into as real a reborn doll as i can.

Baby Cardigans

Awwwww I loved knitting these little cardigans for a little new born treasure :-)

lilac socks

just made another pair of socks in DK size 4mm needles lovely and warm :) especially because our boiler has broken and at the moment we have no heating !
I've knit these so that the tops are slouchy but the feet fit nice and snug by casting on 52 stitches and reducing to 46 stitches by the time I get to the heel giving me 23 stitches to work for the heel so that the foot fits snuggly. I use Kelley's sock class on you tube for my pattern, she is so easy to follow, she uses the magic loop method. Have a go it is easy :-)

I've just stumbled on some free sock patterns  on Knit Freedom excellent.

yummy socks

I've just finished making these yummy socks, a friend sent me the pattern. Made out of Sirdar Crofter DK wool they make a fair isle type pattern as you go along :-)
Being double knit they also grew nice and fast.
